Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in car rental, transport services, management, or a related service sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance
- Welcome customers and explain the rental process.
- Provide information about vehicles, prices, and rental agreements.
- Recommend vehicle options based on customer requirements.
Rental Transactions
- Process vehicle rentals and returns using rental management software.
- Prepare rental agreements and complete required documentation.
- Handle payments and related financial transactions.
Vehicle Management
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals and record damages.
- Help ensure rental vehicles are maintained and cleaned.
- Monitor vehicle availability and fleet inventory.
Customer Service and Problem Resolution
- Respond professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Assist customers with roadside assistance and rental vehicle issues.
- Coordinate with management to resolve operational problems.
Sales and Business Development
- Promote additional rental services such as insurance and GPS options.
- Identify opportunities to increase rental sales.
- Support acquisition of corporate clients and car suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate customer and rental transaction records.
- Prepare rental activity and financial reports when required.
- Follow company policies and applicable requirements.
