Position: Retail Sales – Addis Ababa
Qualifications
- BA or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or university fieldwork in sales/marketing advantageous).
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn FMCG and distribution industry.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Fluency in Amharic; working knowledge of English.
- High motivation to grow into a sales career path.
