Job Summary
The Manager will lead the organization’s fundraising, partnership building, and operational management. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the sustainability and growth of the charity’s dialysis services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
- Design and submit project proposals to secure funding.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with local auditing standards and donor restrictions.
- Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and negotiations.
- Manage daily operations, human resources, and organizational assets.
Job Requirements
- BA/MA degree in Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Proven experience in the NGO sector, specifically in fundraising and proposal writing.
- Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken). Knowledge of Afan Oromo or Tigrigna is an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships with government partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- High integrity and commitment to safeguarding policies.
