Open Positions

1. Office Administrator / Cashier I

  • Education: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting, or ICT from a recognized college
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Cashier (post‑graduation)
  • Skills: Computer literacy required
  • Quantity: 2
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable)

2. Digital Marketing & Promotion Officer

  • Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Marketing Management, Statistics, or related fields
  • Mandatory: Certificate in Graphics Design
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year (post‑graduation), preferably in Accounting
  • Skills: Computer literacy required
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable)

3. Finance & Investment Director

  • Education: BA/BSc, preferably MA/MSc in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Preferred: ACCA certification
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years, including 5 years in managerial roles within the insurance sector
  • Skills: Computer literacy required
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable)

4. Branch Manager I

  • Education: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance operations, including 2 years in supervisory/senior positions
  • Skills: Computer literacy required
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Salary & Benefits: As per company scale (negotiable)
