1️⃣ Regional Sales Manager – Africa

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial performance across Africa markets.
  • Strengthen route‑to‑market models and optimize distribution.
  • Drive execution excellence and manage incentive schemes.
  • Partner with country programmes and distributors to unlock growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 7+ years in sales, commercial management, or trade marketing.
  • Multi‑country/regional portfolio management experience.
  • FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer health background preferred.
  • Strong Africa market expertise with hands‑on distributor experience.

2️⃣ Regional Sales Systems Manager – Africa

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, governance, and optimisation of sales systems.
  • Drive standardisation, scalability, and integration across markets.
  • Ensure >95% data accuracy, KPI tracking, and real‑time visibility.
  • Influence adoption of best‑in‑class systems across country programmes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 6–8+ years in sales operations, CRM/SFA management, or ERP systems.
  • Experience harmonising systems across multiple countries.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Maths, Computer Science, Public Health (epidemiology/biostatistics), or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 4–7+ years in data/analytics, ideally in multi‑country roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and dashboard tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong statistics and forecasting skills (ARIMA, ETS, ML approaches).
  • Africa market experience with irregular/incomplete data flows.
