Position: Remote Cold Caller – Ethiopia
Responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto‑dialer.
- Gather property information and build rapport with homeowners.
- Follow company call scripts and handle basic objections.
- Transfer qualified leads to the acquisitions team.
- Update notes and information accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout calls.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written).
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
- Familiarity with auto‑dialers or CRM systems.
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 13,000 ETB/month.

Monthly Bonuses:
- Full hours → 3,000 ETB
- 40+ leads → 2,000 ETB
- Highest monthly leads → 2,000 ETB

Weekly Bonuses:
- Rank 1 → 500 ETB
- Rank 2 → 300 ETB
- Rank 3 → 200 ETB

Per Lead/Deal Bonuses:
- Signed contract → 1,000 ETB
- Closed deal → 4,000 ETB
