Open Positions
1. Community Development Facilitator (Oromia – Mieso Woreda)

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Public Health, Nursing, Nutrition, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years in community mobilization, health, or nutrition projects.

Key Skills: Nutrition screening (MUAC), growth monitoring, IYCF, CMAM knowledge, community mobilization, motorbike riding (mandatory).
2. Social Workers (Setit Humera, Kafta Humera, Dansha, Wolkait, Maitsberi)

Education: Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in case management, GBV, or psychosocial support.

Key Skills: Psychological First Aid (PFA), survivor‑centered case management, referrals, community mobilization, record keeping.
3. Dialogue Facilitators (Setit Humera, Kafta Humera, Dansha, Wolkait, Maitsberi)

Education: Diploma/Degree in Peace & Conflict Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in dialogue facilitation, peacebuilding, or conflict resolution.

Key Skills: Mediation, structured dialogue, early warning systems, community mobilization, reporting.
4. Field Level Project Coordinator (Setit Humera, with field travel)

Education: Degree in Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Conflict Studies (postgraduate preferred).

Experience: 3–5 years in field‑level project management, peacebuilding, social cohesion, conflict mitigation.

Key Skills: Project cycle management, team leadership, coordination, monitoring/reporting, security liaison.
5. Protection Officer (Setit Humera, with field travel)

Education: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law, Human Rights, or related field.

Experience: 3–4 years in protection/GBV/social cohesion programming; 1+ year supervisory.

Key Skills: GBV case management, psychosocial support, referral coordination, training/facilitation, community engagement.
