About the Role

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and supervising the construction of bridges, roads, and other structures. The role involves preparing structural plans, analyzing loads and pressures, ensuring safety and durability, and collaborating with contractors and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural models using computer‑aided design (CAD) software.
• Conduct load and stress analysis to ensure structural integrity.
• Select appropriate construction materials based on specifications.
• Supervise and monitor on‑site construction processes.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and calculations.
• Provide technical advice on safe design and construction practices.
• Ensure compliance with planning and construction regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Administer contracts and manage project progress.
• Inspect properties to evaluate conditions and foundations.
• Use CAD technology for simulations and structural analysis.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Structural Engineer; 1 year in an international company is an advantage
• Skills: Strong knowledge of architecture, CAD software, and structural analysis
