Open Positions

1. Sales & Marketing Officer

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research and identify opportunities.
    • Manage customer relationships and close sales deals.
    • Prepare reports and maintain sales records.
    • Travel for field sales as required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, time management, and basic computer skills.
  • Employment Type: Full‑time, commission‑based.
  • Salary: 5,000 ETB + commission.
  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

2. Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

  • Education: BA in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administration or operations preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support office administration and operational coordination.
    • Handle data collection, organization, and reporting.
    • Liaise with foreign management and international partners.
  • Skills: Fluent English (spoken & written), strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, reporting tools).
  • Employment Type: Full‑time.
  • Salary: Net 15,000 ETB.
  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

3. Driver

  • Education: Minimum Grade 8 or Grade 10 completed.
  • Experience: 1–2 years as a truck/long‑distance driver.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Operate heavy‑duty vehicles (Isuzu/truck category).
    • Conduct long‑distance and remote area driving.
    • Perform basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
  • Skills: Valid heavy‑duty driving license, reliability, discipline, and safety awareness.
  • Employment Type: Full‑time, commission‑based.
  • Salary: 10,000 ETB + 600 ETB commission per load.
  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
