About Siket Bank

Siket Bank S.C, formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C, is preparing to launch full banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until full operations begin, the bank continues to provide microfinance services and will integrate these offerings alongside its new banking services.

With a vision to deliver innovative financial solutions, Siket Bank is expanding its workforce and invites qualified applicants to join its team.


Open Positions

  1. Trainee Banker (30 positions)
    • Education: BA in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
    • Experience: No prior experience required.
    • Additional Requirements: Passed national exit exam; minimum CGPA of 3.00.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa & Sheger City branches.
  2. Customer Service Officer (15 positions)
    • Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking as Junior Customer Service Officer or higher.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa & Sheger City branches.
  3. Senior Customer Support Officer (2 positions)
    • Education: BA in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking as Customer Support Officer or higher.
    • Duty Station: Head Office.
  4. Receptionist (2 positions)
    • Education: BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Hotel & Tourism Management, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service/reception, preferably in financial institutions.
    • Duty Station: Head Office.
