Available Positions
1️⃣ Junior Functional Consultant
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.

Experience: 0–2 years (internship or project experience acceptable).

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Basic SQL/database knowledge.
- Familiarity with business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory).
- Basic technical understanding (Python/XML is a plus).

Location: Addis Ababa.
2️⃣ Associate Functional Consultant

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in ERP implementation and/or support.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with in‑house or custom‑built systems.
- Basic Odoo development (Python/XML).
- Process improvement and business analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/iterative environments.
- Hands‑on ERP/Odoo experience (functional or techno‑functional).
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement).
