Volga Foods is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Top Manager in our operations in Ethiopia.

Volga Foods is a young and dynamic company. We produce lemonades and snacks, actively develop new products, and plan a large-scale distribution of our products across Ethiopia.

We are at a stage of active growth and are looking for a leader who is ready to build a business with us from the ground up, make strategic decisions, and lead the team to results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic management of the company and business development in Ethiopia.
· Building operational processes, the team, and management systems.
· Developing sales, distribution, and partner networks.
· Managing finances, budgeting, and reporting.
· Representing the company before partners, investors, and government bodies.

Our Expectations:

· Genuine interest in the work and business development.
· Management experience at a leadership level (FMCG/manufacturing is a plus).
· Willingness to work in a startup environment and solve unconventional tasks.
