About Tsehay Insurance S.C
Tsehay Insurance S.C (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012, by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and business organizations. The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 and License No. 017/12. To build public trust, TISc commenced operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and a paid‑up capital of Birr 11,480,000, significantly higher than the minimum requirement of Birr 3 million. Initially, the company operated three branches in Addis Ababa and has since expanded its services.
