Position: Public Information Intern

Qualifications / Special Skills

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• Be enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or higher).
• Be enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level).

Additional requirements:

• Computer literacy in standard software applications.
• Keen interest in the work of the United Nations and commitment to its Charter.
• Ability to interact successfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and beliefs.
• Degree field must be in journalism, international relations, public administration, or related areas.

Experience

• No professional work experience required.
• Field of study must be closely related to the internship.

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. programme (completed or in final year).

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
