Role Overview
The Programme Management Assistant (G6) will provide substantive and administrative support for programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The role involves coordinating workflows, organizing meetings, preparing budgets, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
Key Responsibilities

Programme Support: Assist in planning and implementation of complex programme components.

Administration: Provide workflow support, coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.

Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, handle logistics, and prepare documentation.

Budget & Finance: Assist in preparation, analysis, and monitoring of programme budgets.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Track programme data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Reporting: Draft summaries, prepare contributions for reports, and manage documentation.

Capacity Building: Provide guidance and training to junior staff.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in programme/project administration, technical cooperation, or related areas.

Languages: Fluency in English required; French desirable.
