The internship provides an opportunity to contribute to ECA's work in diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in relation to outreach strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
The internship is also intended to provide exposure to finance and administrative support services and the use of digital tools, automation, and process-improvement approaches.
