1. Field People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner – Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
- Support staff development, training, and performance management.
- Manage HR systems updates, medical reviews, and clearance processes.
- Act as mediator in grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Lead staff well‑being initiatives, team building, and recognition events.

Requirements:
- BA in Management, HR, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA preferred).
- 4–6 years’ HR experience, preferably in INGO field operations.
- Strong consultation, coaching, and mediation skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
2. AP MEAL Officer – Boke

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate annual program planning and budgeting with AP managers.
- Monitor and report on projects using performance indicators.
- Support evaluations, surveys, and assessments with stakeholders.
- Roll out accountability frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
- Network with woreda government offices and partners for collaboration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL).
- Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Experience with LEAP, DPA, HORIZON, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
