Available Positions

1️⃣ Teller I

  • Qualification: BA in Accounting or Management OR Level IV in Accounting/Management.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in the microfinance industry.
  • Preferred Skills: Core banking system and computer knowledge.

2️⃣ Accountant I

  • Qualification: BA in Accounting OR Level IV/Diploma in Accounting.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in Accounting or Accounting & Finance within the microfinance industry.
  • Preferred Skills: Core banking system and computer knowledge.

3️⃣ Customer Service Officer I

  • Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related Social Science fields OR Level IV/Diploma.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in the microfinance industry.
  • Preferred Skills: Core banking system and computer knowledge.

4️⃣ Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years as Branch Manager/Operations Officer OR 6 years as Senior Customer Service Officer.
  • Requirement: Microfinance experience is mandatory.
  • Preferred Skills: Core banking system and computer knowledge.
