2. Corporate Customer Relationship Manager – Head Office, Addis Ababa

Qualification: Master’s/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields

Experience: 3 years (Master’s) / 5 years (BA) banking experience, including 2 years as senior officer in financing/CRM

Competencies: Corporate client management, strategic advisory, IFB product knowledge, problem‑solving
3. Senior Banking Business Officer – Dire Dawa Jerba Branch

Qualification: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields

Experience: 3 years banking operations, including 2 years as branch banking officer

Competencies: Branch operations, sales & marketing, customer experience, IFB product knowledge
