Position Overview

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted merchant services and efficient card banking operations. This technical, operations-focused role handles the full lifecycle of POS administration, Mastercard transaction processing, and settlement workflows. You will configure infrastructure, process critical transaction files, resolve complex user requests, and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with financial standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Education

• Bachelor's/B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or any other relevant field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Officer level or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted merchant services and efficient card banking operations.
• Handle the full lifecycle of POS administration.
• Manage Mastercard transaction processing and settlement workflows.
• Configure POS infrastructure and systems.
• Process critical transaction files accurately and timely.
• Resolve complex user requests and technical issues.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize POS system performance.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to POS operations.
