Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C, established in 2020, is a fast-growing Ethiopian technology company operating across 11 sectors including E-commerce, E-learning, E-payment, and logistics. The company is building platforms to support a sustainable digital economy in Ethiopia and is seeking qualified professionals to join its team.


Position: Sales Engineer

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, or Technical Sales
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong background in tender preparation and submission
  • Good understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Design

  • Analyze client business requirements and propose ERP/technology solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Prepare solution architecture and technical documentation

2. Tender Management

  • Identify and evaluate tenders from government, NGOs, and private sector
  • Lead or support preparation of technical and commercial tender documents
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal inputs

3. Sales Support

  • Assist sales team in client meetings and negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Support contract discussions and deal closure
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

4. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on ERP solutions, competitors, and industry trends
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams
  • Identify opportunities for new solutions or improvements
